We collect information you provide: name, email, phone number when you submit forms (contact, pre-approval, home valuation, feedback). We also collect property search preferences and saved listings when you create an account.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To respond to your real estate inquiries
• To send you property alerts and market updates (only if you opt in)
• To provide home valuation estimates
• To improve our services

3. Information We Do Not Share

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your information with third parties except: our brokerage (Dynasty Point Referral Group) for transaction purposes, and technology providers (Supabase for database, Vercel for hosting) under strict data agreements.

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security enabled. All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS).

5. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing gurpreet@gsbrealtor.com or calling 801-635-8462.

6. Cookies & Analytics

We use the following cookies and tracking technologies:

• Essential cookies — required for account sign-in, session management, and language preference. You cannot opt out of these without losing site functionality.
• Google Analytics (GA4) — we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site (pages visited, time on site, device type). This service sets cookies and collects anonymized usage data. Google's privacy policy governs their data handling: policies.google.com/privacy. You may opt out using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

We do not use advertising, retargeting, or third-party tracking cookies beyond what is described above.

7. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13.
